Call For Abstracts

Poster Abstract Submission Guidelines

  1. Abstracts must be written in English and are limited to 200 words.
  2. Abstracts must be submitted by e-mail using the Abstract Submission Form.
  3. Abstracts are reviewed and selected by the Conference organizers. Accepted abstracts are allocated to poster presentations.
  4. Please fill and submit the “Abstract form” to the secretariat.
  5. Submitting author will be notified about the status of abstract acceptance/non-acceptance by E-mail.

Poster Presentation Instructions (Members only)

  • Please send a message to secretariat if you intend to apply the poster presentation by June 28th.
    Poster application’s due date has been extended to July 31st.
    (You don’t need to prepare anything. Just let secretariat know your declaration.)
  • Please send your “Abstract Submission Form” to secretariat by July 31st.
  • Secretariat will contact the excellent presenters by e-mail by the end of August.

Please refer to the following when preparing your poster:

  • Poster authors will be required to create a poster and bring it to ADES.
  • Poster dimensions is recommended to be 90 x 180 cm (see below).
  • State the title, the authors and institutions at the top of your poster in easily readable bold letters.
  • Indicate the presenting author if different from the first author.
  • The text and the illustrations should be readable from a distance.

Other Notes

  • Posters should be brought to the meeting and not mailed, as the conference organizers have no responsibility for loss or mishandling.
  • Poster presenters are responsible for set-up and removal of posters.
  • Audio-visual equipment may not be used.
  • Each poster presentation will be commented by chairmen and each poster author will be beside their poster. (Chairman will comment for approx.. 1 min for each posters)
  • The best award will be given at the closing remark.
