Request for invitation letters
We will issue an official invitation letter in English for your visa application upon request. As a general rule, this service is available only to authors of accepted papers who have completed their paid registration through the conference system.
Please note that the Asia Dry Eye Society cannot support visa applications that combine conference attendance with personal tourism. If you plan to travel for tourism, please apply for a tourist visa independently.
For general attendees, invitation letters can only be issued if approved by the Chair. In such cases, an administrative fee of JPY 6,000 will be charged.
Policy on Handling of Personal Information
The personal data you submit during registration will be used for communication from the secretariat, information regarding this meeting, and details about future related events. The registration process is managed by the Congress Secretariat, c/o Mediproduce, Inc.
